We stayed just one night as we were passing through. The owners are friendly and there was plenty of room options. I don't know how long it's been around but they have done reasonable upgrades. The room was fairly clean. The linens and towels appeared fresh, no bugs or the like anywhere. There was some dust accumulation on the lamps and desk but not a deal breaker. It's just dust. I did observe some leftover dry soap and water stains on the bathroom sink leaving me to believe it wasn't cleaned. I would stay there again and would recommend the stay to others.
We stopped here for the night and enjoyed our stay. The owner/manager was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and the bed slept well. The parking lot is well lit and immaculate. We would not hesitate to stay here again and have decided that this is a great motel to stay at when we are in route to Sarasota.
Once again I stayed. It's 30 degrees outside. My room was warm and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room immaculately clean. Super nice people at the desk. The price was great. Will definitely stay again when traveling through
Perry, the owner, is great. I stayed there during hurricane Helene in 2024. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring during a stressful time for all. He even helped change my tire the next day after I picked up a nail! As for the negative comments I see here...it's rural motel for under $100, hello? Of course things aren't perfect but they are slowly renovating the property and I had no problem staying there for a few days. Peace!
Love this clean hotel, great family run property! I travel for a living and it’s a perfect way to experience real Americana !
Me and my family travel a lot we spend many nights in motel rooms. This room has been by far the nicest room we have stayed in. Probably the cheapest room I have stayed at and I'm gonna say it's still nicer than the $150 a night room. Owner was so very nice, room was very clean and nicely located for what we was doing.
Great motel. Right off the highway and the rooms are clean and updated. Staff is very friendly. Great value for the money. We stay here about every 3 months and highly recommend it.
Friendly staff. Immaculately clean rooms. Superb location to the springs. The vintage look any layout was just what we were looking for.

Short, honest notes are more useful than long ones. A few sentences about what worked, what surprised you, and who the hotel is best for will go a long way.
